In Mushroom Kingdom Showdown and Mushroom Kingdom Showdown 2, every character has skin swaps. Skin Swaps change the appearance of characters to make them look different. Every character has at least four different skin swaps, excluding their initial appearance. For instance: Mario has a skin that makes his clothing look like Wario's.
