Red Mushrooms (also known as Red Mushrooms or just Mushrooms) are one of the two items in Mushroom Kingdom Showdown. Added in v.0.5, they make the character who picks it up grow in size. It gives the characters' attacks more range but doesn't do any change to power, speed or jump height.

- Toad can get the effect of a Super Mushroom without the use of this item via his special.
- His Showdown Attack increases his size aswell, but double of a regular Super Mushroom.
